On October 25, Triad Hitch UP (Hosting Inclusive Times for the Community of the Hard of Hearing & Underrepresented People) will host a Pumpkins and Play event.
If you choose to purchase a pumpkin, prices are $5–$15 (purchase of a pumpkin not required)
This will occur at Center United Methodist Church at 6142 Lake Brandt Rd.

Join them for rock climbing, signing and making new friends! All levels of signers and climbers welcome. Cost for first time climbers is $20 including rental gear, and for returners the day pass is $25 excluding gear. Feel free to dress up you Halloween lovers, but come on out and enjoy the Halloween night socializing with your favorite Deaf people and other ASL signers and HAVE FUN! There will be UNO No Mercy card game for all of you to play if you want to.

Join SDHHDC for their Thanksgiving Dinner, on 11/8 from 5pm–11pm.
Admission costs $10 generally ($5 with a college ID, $3 for kids 5–12, free for kids 0-5), and you do not need to bring anything. They will serve a menu of turkey, dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, broccoli casserole, corn, rolls, water, tea, pies, and cakes. Bring cash to play games: DINGO - $20, Jackpot - $1, Freeze K - $1.

A weekend where members of the D/HH Community can Learn, Play, and Grow with the Women’s Deaf National Team.
he match on the 26th is an opportunity to highlight and recognize the athletes for their incredible accomplishments. They will have their Olympic medals with them! There will be a pre-match Meet & Greet at the Fan Fest.
All deaf and hard of hearing youth will receive a complimentary ticket and all additional family members will receive discounted tickets.
